The Killer Zone

Joe is a Christmas baby, so we usually start birthday wishes on Christmas Eve!  A brother is a man who you shared your childhood, we’re just waiting for him to grow up!

John jr and his family wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

Ok, so we copied Graham Elliot‘s “Christmas Eve Eve”, but the Killer disc golf is an original!  We had a brave group come out to shoot.   Andy and Reuben tied for the win.   This marks the 77th straight Sunday we played frisbee golf!

We custom cut a prime rib roast for Hal and he brings us a bottle of Templeton Rye! He sure knows how to warm a butcher’s heart!

We couldn’t resist giving Shirley a holiday hug.  She was at B&B picking up a Pork Crown Roast for her holiday feast!

The weather outside is frightful

It may be snowing, but we are opened today (Dec 20, 2012)

Every wonder why we wear red aprons?  That’s right, our third generation butchers at B&B Grocery, Meat & Deli are Santa’s official butchers.  We have the red aprons to prove it!   Santa wants us to remind everyone that custom cut steaks or even our thrifty meat orders are the perfect Christmas gift.   Especially for that special someone that has everything!

Cheryl Rogers, a B&B customer from Ames, Iowa, sent us pictures of the standing rib roast (prime rib roast) she recently grilled for a Thanksgiving meal that was fed to a hospice house in Ames.  The pictures show the process from start to ending, the only thing missing is the recipe she used.  We’ll have to work on getting it from her.
