Eden, a local Des Moines boutiques shop, had our 3rd generation butchers cut a few steaks for a party they were holding. They celebrated their 9th year in business. The party and the steaks were a success.
Billy Driber, from NFL Films, stopped by the Killer Zone to celebrate his birthday a little early. Billy discovered that in life, as in football, you won’t go far unless you know where the Killer Sandwiches are! Happy Birthday from the Killer Zone!
Noah has been coming to the Killer Zone for quite a few years and we have become some of his biggest fans! This year, Noah will be starting middle school at Weeks. His condition requires him to use an electric wheelchair to actually attend school. No wheelchair, no school at Weeks.
Our grandfather, Ralph Hayes, was a big fan of horse racing. He was one of the lobbyists that brought horse racing to Iowa and is honored every year with a stakes race – The Ralph Hayes Classic.
We can’t imagine a better way to return from vacation than spending our morning with the wisest of the wise! Happy Birthday Uncle Mac!
It is time for our Killer Vacation. We will be closed from July 22nd to July 29th, 2012. Don’t worry, we will be back in the Killer Zone July 30th to get your Killer Sandwich fix taken care!
One of our customers sent us a picture of the ribeye steaks she picked up from our family butchers. We think they look KILLER!
It is our brother’s birthday today! Jeff worked at B&B as a kid and still does all our Internet marketing. He allows us to focus on keeping Iowans on Top of the Food Chain. Happy Birthday, brother!
