Easter Dinner is one of the biggest meals of the year for many Des Moines families, and the main thing they will serve is an Easter Ham.  Here’s a few tips to make sure you ham is perfect for Easter Dinner:

  • Order your ham early and we can keep it for you until you’re ready to pick it up.  This will save you storage space in your refrigerator.  Just remember we will be closed on Easter Sunday.
  • A good rule of thumb is to ensure you have 3/4 lb of bone-in ham per person.
  • It is always best to follow cooking instructions for baking times.
  • Let your baked ham rest for at least 15 minutes before carving it.
