Cheryl Rogers had John jr cut a Killer Prime Rib to enter into the Iowa State Fair Nostalgic Comfort Food Division – Entree Competition. She took that prime rib and made an Iowa State Fair masterpiece! Cheryl’s prime rib won first place for best presentation. Somehow it came in second for entree’s behind mac-n-cheese. Mac-n-Cheese as an entree? Don’t the judges know that prime rib will keep you on Top of the Food Chain? Mac-n-cheese, well, is just a side dish!
