Eden, a local Des Moines boutiques shop, had our 3rd generation butchers cut a few steaks for a party they were holding.  They celebrated their 9th year in business.  The party and the steaks were a success.  We received a message from Eden concerning the following tweet they received:

Thank you @edeniowa for being such an awesome host/hostess. You guys rock and so does your steak.
